If your package is lost, please contact your mail carrier!! Once orders have been shipped, they become the responsibility of YOU, the customer. Although I will do my best to help you resolve your missing package, please note that Yarn Jam is NOT responsible for lost packages. PLEASE make sure your address is correct prior to purchase, if your package is returned due to insufficient address you will receive an invoice for second postage and your order will not be shipped until the postage is paid.

Your order will be held until all items are ready to be shipped. If you want in stock items shipped immediately, please place a separate order for those.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will happily ship it back to you once the additional postage is paid. We do not cover additional shipping. Please triple check that your shipping address is correct when you place your order.

We can return the merchandise if you'd prefer (minus the initial shipping). Your refund will be processed minus a 10% restocking fee.

Only in stock yarn is returnable.  Please contact us prior to returning your shipment!! Once you have been approved for return you have a 10 day window to return any UNUSED, UNWOUND yarns in its original packaging at your own expenses. The 10 day return period starts the day your yarn has been delivered to your door. Once shipment has made its way safely back to us your refund will be processed minus a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all return postage. ALL DYED TO ORDER AND OOPSIE SALE SETS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AND REFUND. 

Gentle washing will keep your project beautiful for longer. For best results, hand-wash your finished project in cold water with a drop wool wash. I always add a color catcher sheet for added protection.
