When will my yarn ship?
All in stock yarn ships in 1-2 business days. Dyed to Order yarns typically ship in 2-3 weeks, or less! We will alert you if the turnaround time changes.

My package is lost, what do I do?
If your package is lost, please contact your mail carrier. Once orders have been shipped, they become the responsibility of you and the shipping service selected. Although I will do my best to help you resolve your missing package, please note that Yarn Jam is NOT responsible for lost packages. PLEASE make sure your address is correct prior to purchase, if your package is returned due to insufficient address you will receive an invoice for second postage and your order will not be shipped until the postage is paid.
